The 366 Degrees API allows you to create, update, share contact/lead and engagement activities from 366 Degrees or receive third party data from sources like external landing pages, CRM's or other sales and marketing platforms.

NOTE: To utilize the 366 Degrees API’s you will be required to have a 366 Degrees site. You can obtain your sites APP_KEY and APP_SECRET by logging into your 366 Degrees instance, navigating to Portal Admin | Company Profile and selecting the Global Settings tab.
Get All Contacts From 366 Degrees
This will return a full list of contacts or leads from your 366 Degrees instance.
Get Contact Record Details
This will return all fields associated with a contact email address from your 366 Degrees instance.
This will allow you to create or update a contact o rlead record in your 366 Degrees instance. Additionally you can connect create or update to specific landing pages.
Add Activity To Activity Stream
This will allow you to add an activity event to the 366 Degrees Activity Stream for a particular contact or lead record.
Get Activities From Activity Stream
This will return the list of all activities (from 366 Degrees Activity Stream) for the specified email address.
The Open Drip Campaigns API
The below 366 Degrees Open Campaign API's for Drip automation allow you to add/remove leads or contacts to existing 366 Degrees campaigns from other third party systems such as CRM, Web capture forms, Marketing Platforms and other applications.
NOTE: If you are currently utilizing Salesforce or Nimble this functionality is already available in your CRM on the contact or lead record and no further action is needed to implement the below API features.
Open Drip Campaigns Authenticate
This will allow you to get Authentication Token for Open drip campaigns in 366 Degrees.
Open Drip Campaigns List
This will return list of all Open drip campaigns in 366 Degrees. Campaigns that are scheduled will be available and shown either in a card or text view based on third party application preference for User Experience purposes.
Open Drip Campaigns Contact Status
This will return contact status of an open drip campaign in 366 Degrees. Individual contact campaign record status will be reflected as (Available, Added or Dropped)
Open Drip Campaigns Add Contact
This will add a contact to the open drip campaign in 366 Degrees. Adding contacts to open scheduled campaign can be done by the API or manually in the third party application via the Card or Text add function provided in the User Interface.
Open Drip Campaigns Remove Contact
This will remove a contact from the open drip campaign in 366 Degrees. Removing contacts from an open scheduled campaign can be done by the API or manually in the third party application via the Card or Text drop/remove function provided in the User Interface.
