Templates are a great way to have pre-deisgned or branded communications ready to fill with text and send out. We have a large variety of templates but make creation of new templates a breeze.

  1. Enter a Title and Description for your campaign. If connected to Salesforce, you can post campaign information to a Salesforce chatter group by selecting a group from the Salesforce Chatter Group drop down menu, or create a new posting group. (optional)
  2. Define the data source you will be using contacts from to send communication to. (This may be a CRM; or you may use an internal list in 366)
  3. Add contributors if you wish on the next screen then proceed to the content creation page.
  4. Drag and drop snippets from the snippet library on the right side to create your Template. These snippets are pre-coded blocks that can be dragged, dropped, reordered, copied, or deleted. Customize your template using the content editing tools on the left side. Insert images, links, change colors, sizes, etc., to brand and communicate your organization's message.
  5. Save your template. It will now be accessible when creating a new email.

Don't want to bother with designing your own? We get that. Skip the time picking colors and balancing design by importing a downloaded HTML email template. We recommend themeforest.com for professional, dynamic and eye-catching templates.
