As a Portal Administrator, you have the ability to configure 366 Degrees for your organization. This guide contains the information needed to setup, manage and maintain your platform to optimize online customer communications.

Site Customization

To get started you will need to setup your company logo and select the text and button color for your Opt Out Notification.

  1. Head over to the menu on the side and drop down the "Portal Admin" menu.
  2. Click on the link entitled "Company Profile" and scroll down to "Site Customization."
  3. From there, upload a small version of your logo and select the colors for your submit button.
  4. Click "Submit."

Email Administrator

  1. Head over to the menu on the side and drop down the "Portal Admin" menu.
  2. Highlight the drop down entitled "Email Administration" and select "Email Defaults."
  3. From there, you can set up your emails' "Reply To," "From Name" and "From Email Addresss" fields. Save your work with the button in the corner.
  4. Once those steps are completed, set up your Spam Footer with your company's name, address, and website. (THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT; Without setting up a footer, your emails will be much more prone to spam filters). When done, save your work again with the button in the corner of the Spam Footer section.
